Indian Classic Yoga

Indian Classic Yoga by Heart of India

Indian Classic Yoga is a trademark of Heart of India, founded by Pinky More and Richard Slager. Indian Classic Yoga is traditional Yoga, the way it is taught by the Saddhu’s in India. Heart of India passes on the traditional knowledge as it is taught at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, the oldest organised Yoga Centre in the World.

"A yogic lifestyle is the best way to clear the cloudiness of your mind. A clear path will emerge."

Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra

Our Aim

Connecting those in search of health & happiness to the wisdom of Indian Classic Yoga

Heart of India brings ancient knowledge from India to Europa.
It is difficult to remain yourself in the hasty western lifestyle in which we currently live. We are consumed by what we consider the important things in our lives, but it does not make us any happier. In our education system we have not learned the right values on how to live, how to stay healthy and happy.
By learning more about Yoga and Ayurveda we can learn more about ourselves, about the requirements of becoming and staying healthy, about our body and the balance of body and mind. With our activities we raise money for orphan girls in India. This way we give India something back for the knowledge and wisdom that is shared.
