This course is for those students who have already started implementing Yoga in their life and are ready for the next step.
It is suitable for you if you have done a 200 hour Yoga TTC at The Yoga Institute or one of its locations. or a 200 hour Yoga TTC elsewhere and you have:

Rishikesh in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand is also called the capital of yoga. Located on the Ganges River, at the foot of the Himalayas, Rishikesh has a sacred status for Hindus. Besides yoga practitioners, pilgrims have also known how to find the city since time immemorial. Beyond the famous ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi there are dozens of ashrams and yoga centers.
