This is the first day of the rest of your life! The best investment of yourself! I will make a change of food in my life and cutting habits. I am in contact with the universal energy again since 7 years. Yeahaaa!
What I would say to someone who is interested in following the TTC is, ‘Do it’! It is not only a truly enriching experience, but one that has the potential to change your life. I absolutely loved the diversity of each day. The mix between theory, practice and different activities is fun and also keeps me alert and energized during the day. I also really, really enjoyed learning about the theory and background of Yoga, Indian philosophy and the Sanskrit language.
My perception of Yoga has changed, as it is more about all aspects of life then I thought. And also there is more behind the practical part which is only highlighted in Western Yoga. After following this course I will take better care of myself before others and tr to love myself more. Not to depend on others but myself and have more faith in the universe.

I liked all the useful lessons (life lessons) from Pinky and also the experiences she gave us. I love that that the class is not only theory but also direct application of what we learn. Keep going! I will talk about the good things and peace we experience here to my family & friends. Even my future baby was calmer in my belly. You brought peace to him too! Thank you.
KineYoga walking and meditation week 2021
I had a wonderful week where I got some of the answers I was looking for. Great introduction course to Yoga. I will learn more about this and start practicing. Of course I was hoping for Asana classes outside, that would have been ultimate, but doing it in the Yoga room was fine too. Great food, great people. I might come back to visit you guys and make some music. The meditation walks would have been more elaborate if there was good weather, but, then again, nicely solved.
LucyAyurveda week 2021
Thank you Richard for the wonderful 5 days of Ayurveda Awareness. I learned a lot about eating for health and happiness. I particularly liked the way you were able to condence such a vast subject into bite size chews. The course was well structured and left time for questions, discussions and reflection. You also allowed time for activities to break down the theory e.g. herb walk and the vegetable curry preparation. It was a big advantage that we were able to do the entire course under the sun and in front of the lake! I would definitely recommend this course. Thank you!

Ik heb een cursus over Ayurveda gevolgd. Wat me vooral aansprak was de achtergrond van Ayurveda. Meer kennis over voeding en levensstijl die van invloed is op je gezondheid en de mate waarin je je goed voelt. Ik was verrast dat Ayurveda een compleet plaatje geeft van een gebalanceerde levensstijl.
