Annual Training Yoga and Ayurveda: Revealing the mysteries of Body, Mind & Soul

Personal development by means of Yoga and Ayurveda

About the Course

Yoga and Ayurveda

This one-year Yoga and Ayurveda training is a complete immersion in the philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda. You will learn the complete basics of Indian Classic Yoga, Yoga as it has been passed down in India through the ages, including all the important asanas and background knowledge. A bridge is built to Ayurveda, with which a distinction is made in each individual. Depending on your own mentality and body type, the techniques and practices of Yoga and Ayurveda are applied.
With the help of the ancient Indian knowledge, we look at your body and how you can get it in an optimal state. In addition, a lot of attention is paid to calming the mind and ultimately how you can consciously perceive the connection with your soul. All the lessons you receive are meant to be applied to yourself.

The next subjects will get special attention during the training.

  • Bhava’s: application of all Yoga activities based on your own personality;
  • Kriya’s: cleansing techniques for your body;
  • Asana’s: the base of all yogapostures;
  • Yoga Sutra: the fundament of yoga philosophy;
  • The 3 dosha’s: Vata, Pitta and Kapha;
  • Vedic cooking: application of Indian cooking in your own kitchen;
  • Massagetherapy; nourishment and healing of the body;
  • Walking meditation; controle over the mind with help from nature;
  • Creativity; effortless making a connection with your soul.

The goal of the training is to find and develop yourself. It gives you the tools to go through life healthy and happy.
Furthermore, the training offers the full basis of a Yoga Teacher Training course and you can obtain a recognized certificate to work as a Yoga Instructor. If the latter is not a goal for you, the study is slightly less intensive, you do not have to take an exam and you can participate at a reduced rate.
